Produced according to the authentic recipes kept for 83 years in the Distillerie Lemercier Frères's granaries in Fougerolles, the Abisinthe obtained from a selection of plants and seeds such as absinthe, star anise, green aniseed and fennel... will astonish you. Truly, after maceration and distillation, followed by maturation in glass containers as was the custom back in 1850, the aromas reveal all their richness.

With a hint of herbs, soft and refined, a whirlwind of flavors will entice your palate. The strike is sumptuous and magnificent ; at the same time bitterness, delicacy, strength and tenderness combine with an aroma of aniseed and a touch of flowers.
